Our first experience with Matt was purchasing a home during the financial crisis in October 2008. He did his research up front and figured out all the hoops we would need to jump through (some very odd requirements at the time). Matt walked me through the requirements so that I knew what we were up against, and exactly how we could get it done. I spoke with multiple other lenders who promised me things that were not possible based on my knowledge from Matt. After pressing them about the information Matt had given me, they would dissapear for a couple days and then come back confirming that Matt's analysis was correct...it wouldn't work as they had stated. So going with Matt was a pretty obvious choice. We closed on time in a period where closing at all was a huge challenge. All our other experiences with Matt have been smooth and hassle free.
